Cancellation policy:
All booking/cancellation requests must be made in writing, fax or email and confirmed by the hotel.
After receiving the booking confirmation from the hotel, the customer must pay the full booking cost.
Reservations are non-refundable, 100% payment at the time of receiving the booking confirmation email.
Amendment policy (change room type, change check-in or check-out date):
In case you want to change the check-in/check-out date, or change the room class, room type, please contact our reservation department for assistance.
Refund policy:
In case the Customer already paid the deposit, fully paid the booking total amount. But due to objective conditions, Customers cancel the trip, we will consider refunding the amount to Customer. Refunds will be counted on the rules for each booking and will be officially notified to the Customer by our staffs via official email.
• Refund time is within 21-30 working days depending on the bank.
• Chargeback: Chargeback of the bank account provided or card charged.
• Reimbursement costs: Free.

We are not responsible for compensation for damage, change of date, room type... indirect, incidental or consequential arising or in case of force majeure (natural disasters, wars...).
Force majeure:
In force majeure circumstances (meaning any objective circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable, including but not limited to strikes, civil disorders, wars, fires, floods, other emergencies or any delay in necessary and essential repairs of hotels...) make the hotel unable to perform the stated obligations, the hotel will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, claims,... beyond our control.
The seller's obligations and the customers's obligations in each transaction:
Service provider obligations:
• Provide products of the right quality, on time and at the place that customers have registered.
• Confidentiality of information of enemy service users in accordance with the security policy.
Service user obligations:
• Obligation to pay money and check-in as agreed.
• If we ask you to provide proof of identification, please provide it within 30 days.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and secure.
Booking information check policy:
When you make the booking online, our hotel will send you the booking confirmation to Customers via email, Customers can check the information and contact Hotline: 84 214 356 6666 for any question, we will have the customer relation team support you. Thank you very much.
